Thanks for HCM with your medical concerns. You recently had an ultrasound you and you want to have the results explained to you. The ultrasound show that you have normal uterus without any signs of pregnancy. You may have been pregnant recently but there is no pregnancy now. The rest of the ultrasound is completely normal. There is nothing on the ultrasound to suggest that you have any problems getting pregnant. The slightly bulky uterus means the uterus was bigger than normal but not anything to be worrisome.
